Our Service Philosophy

We embrace professional learning methods that emphasize a learner-centered approach that promotes collaboration, relevance, and ongoing support, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering individuals to reach their full potential as reflective practitioners. Our commitment is to meet individual educator goals and customize learning to match each school’s unique needs.

Professional Learning

We thrive on engaging, supporting, and working with educators as they seek to further the effective practices used in their instructional, social emotional, and behavioral efforts. Be it a kick-off, whole day, and/or after-school event, we focus on ways to further the inclusion of all learners through topics such as Universal Design for Learning, effective practices, and data-driven instructional interventions.

Keynotes & Workshops

Kicking off inclusionary efforts and maintaining momentum benefit from “painting the picture” of what it means to include all learners. Whether for a school, diocese, or group of stakeholders (including donors), our keynotes and workshops seek to set the stage, outline what is possible, and engage participants as they begin or look to continue their efforts towards meaningful inclusion. Our sessions are engaging, heartfelt, and amusing, drawing on both personal and professional connections to the world of disabilities.

Program Evaluation & Needs Assessment

Knowing where to begin and what efforts lead to the greatest learner outcomes often begins with capturing snap-shots of “what is happening.” Here, we observe classroom practice, interview key stakeholders, and collect data to better understand current practices, specific needs, and how best to support meaningful inclusion in your school. This culminates with specific recommendations to address short- and long-term goals impacting all learners.

Coaching

Personalized, just-in-time support for educators and school leaders is critical to advancing school-wide meaningful inclusion efforts. We provide both face-to-face and virtual coaching (individuals or small groups) to identify data-responsive, relevant, and attainable goals with an accompanying context-specific plan of action. We conclude with a data-analysis plan to support goal attainment.
